If I was asked to pick a favorite outfit right now, it might have to be a block-color day dress paired with a denim jacket. I love wearing dresses, but I don't want to worry about flashing an unsuspecting passer-by while sitting or bending over. Enter the midi dress.
I first heard about Sonnet James on Naomi's blog, Love Taza. Several other bloggers I follow were also wearing them, so I went to investigate. Sonnet James markets their clothes as play dresses for the modern mom, but I like to think they are play dresses for every woman! The stitching is sturdy, the fabric holds its shape well; this is the kind of dress that bends and moves with you.
While the price tag is certainly more expensive than going to Forever 21 or Gap, the quality is far superior. This dress will continue to play a major role in my closet for years to come!
