WELD Nashville Last weekend, after the Warby Parker photoshoot, I chopped off three inches of my hair. Though beautiful, the weight of it was causing slight scalp pain whether it was up or down. Pathetic I know, but it was time for a change and I immediately felt lighter.

Getting back into a normal rhythm this week was a little difficult after our extended snowy weekend. I was off Monday and had to remind myself what day it was for the rest of this week!

Smoothie Bowls Three Ways / / Smoothie bowls never made sense to me. Why would you eat a smoothie with a spoon when you could just sip it? Well, apparently smoothie bowls are all about the toppings! Think nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, and even more fruit.
